Clarisse and Ginger, please take a look at this video for my recommended approach to this question. While some readers would incorrectly think this question is testing "superiority over" versus "superiority to"—it is actually testing something else! These two expressions are actually both grammatically correct. But there are other errors in the sentence you need to think about.
