This is a 2-axis Bar/Line Hybrid Chart that overlays two sets of data on top of each other - 1 represented with bars and the other represented with lines. In this case, the sales metric is on the left y-axis and is represented with bars. The traffic metric in millions is on the right y-axis and is represented with the line pattern. Each data set is displayed over time periods of specific years from 2000 to 2010.
At first glance, it appears the company traffic is steadily increasing year by year during the specified time period. Company sales are up and down and don't seem to provide a consistent pattern at least in the displayed dimensions of the chart.
